Bugification occurs when humans build bug-hives.

More specifically, bugification occurs when humans crowd themselves into dense urban areas. Overcrowding, loss of independence, child-rearing abilities, and reliance on complicated, strained social infrastructure are all hallmarks of bugification.

Bugification is anti-NEET because bug hives require forced labor for upkeep. A NEET-state requires minimal infrastructure and labor for upkeep. Due to the loss of space inherent to cities, no one person can ever hope to be independent from the hive, and therefore in some way or another must be contracted by the bug-hive for forced labor (ANTI-NEET!).
