Billionaires and multi-millionaires are NEETs. They are under no obligation to work but do so because they are under no duress from doing so. This is what being a NEET is; voluntary work with the ability to secede from work and live comfortably and independently.

NEET programs such as welfare do not provide a suitable level of psychological and material comfort and are therefore not suitable for NEETs and should be avoided when possible.
